Terry has been cooking his entire adult life and has, over the years developed a keen ability to make meals that not only fuel your workouts and recovery but delight the senses. From succulent Moroccan chicken dishes to incredible, fresh mushroom Carbonara’s. Each meal has been designed with the ideal carbohydrate, fat and protein content.

Regular meals cost £3 pounds per portion and the larger “hungry man” meals cost just £4. All meals are cooked fresh on-site and you are welcome to eat them in the gym or take them away with you.

“I’m not normally a fan of sweet and sour chicken, but somehow Terry has managed give it a twist that made it taste great. And that rice, superb!”

This dish is a sweet and sour chicken made with 200 grams of cooked chicken and 200 grams of egg fried rice. The sauce is a traditional sweet and sour recipe that i have used for the past 10 years.

This chicken pasta dish is one of the most popular in the gym, its made with fresh mushrooms, bacon and broccoli in a delicious white sauce. Served with whole wheat pasta.
